Installation Instructions

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION SKU#: 351-4401
1.
Carefully unpack and identify each part to make sure you have everything ready for installation. Lay out each part on a clean flat area such
as a table or the carpet.
2.
Shut down the main electrical supply from the fuse box or circuit breaker in your house or building.
3. Fasten the mounting strip onto the outlet box using 2 outlet box screws.
4. Thread the threaded tube “A” into center hole of mounting strip about 4 complete turns. Lock in place with lock washer and hex nut. This
threaded tube “A” should extend long enough to protrude through the canopy when it is mounted. (Adjust as needed)
5. Adjust the three arms to make an equal distance between the arms.
6. Guide fixture wire through the loop and tighten the loop to the nipple joint of fixture body
7. Thread the threaded tube “B” to the bushing of fixture body, secured with hex nut. Place the cap over the threaded tube “B” and secure by
tightening the finial.
8. Using a pair of pliers, twist open one chain link at the end of chain links. Hook it to the loop and close the chain link. Place a piece of cloth
between the jaws of pliers and the chain link to prevent scratching the finish.
9.
Tighten the screw collar loop to the threaded tube “A” on the mounting strip. Place the ring and canopy over the chain on the fixture. Using
a pair of pliers, twist open the chain link at the other end of the chain. Hook the whole fixture to the screw collar loop on the ceiling and close
the chain link.
10.
Weave the fixture wires up through the chain links, through the screw collar loop, and through the threaded tube in the mounting strip.
Position both the outlet box supply wires and the fixture wires outside of the outlet box to facilitate connection.

Connect the wire from the fixture to the power supply wire from the outlet box. Cover with wire connectors.
A. Twist together the glossy / live wire from the fixture with the black wire from outlet box. Cover with wire connector.
B. Twist together the rough / neutral wire from the fixture with the white wire from outlet box. Cover with wire connector.
Note: The Glossy/Live wire has a text printed on it; the Rough/Neutral wire has a ridge.
C. The bare copper grounding wire from the fixture must loop one turn under the head of green screw on mounting strip before it is
connected to the grounding conductor of the supply circuit.
12. Carefully position all wirings inside the outlet box.
13.
Place the canopy all the way to the ceiling and tighten the ring onto the screw collar loop until the canopy is firmly held against the ceiling.
14.
Unscrew the socket rings from sockets. Set glass shades onto each socket, secure the socket rings.
15.
Install the bulbs (Bulbs are not included). Use 60-watt maximum type A bulbs.
16.
Turn on the electrical power in your house or building to test the chandelier. Save these instructions for future use.
Cleaning
Use only a soft cloth to dust and clean your new lamp. Do not use any chemicals, polishes or abrasives.
Warning: Do not immerse your lamp in water; doing so will damage the wiring.
