ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn off circuit breakers and wall switch to the fixture supply line leads. WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to installation may result in serious injury. ON ON OFF OFF 2. Remove existing fixture. WARNING: When using an existing outlet box, be sure the outlet box is securely attached to the building structure and can support the full weight of the fixture. Failure to do so can result in serious injury. 3.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (continued) 7. Make wire connections with wire connectors (EE) provided as follows: Connect the BLACK wire from fixture to BLACK wire from outlet box. Connect the WHITE wire from fixture to WHITE wire from outlet box. Connect BARE ground wire from fixture to BARE/GREEN ground wire from outlet box.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE • To clean, turn off power and wipe fixture with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use an abrasive cleaner. TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to troubleshooting any wiring issues may result in serious injury. Problem: Light does not come on. Solutions: 1. Check power (circuit box and wall switch) to fixture. 2. Check to be sure wires are connected properly with wire connectors. 3. Verify that bulb is installed correctly. 4.

Hacer la instalación eléctrica con los conectores para cable (EE) provistos como sigue: Conecte el conductor NEGRO de la lámpara al conductor NEGRO de la caja de salida. Conecte el conductor BLANCO de la lámpara al conductor BLANCO de la caja de salida. Conecte el conductor DESNUDO de puesta a tierra de la lámpara al conductor DESNUDO/VERDE de puesta a tierra de la caja de salida.
