BRASS ADAPTOR ASSEMBLY 420-0356 1. Remove the sink from cart as shown (figure A). 2. Remove the white plastic washer from the brass adaptor. Insert the brass adaptor through the back panel of the cart. From the inside of the cart, replace the plastic washer (figure B). Hand tighten.
WATER FAUCET ASSEMBLY 420-0356 Remove the plastic washer and nut from the faucet. Insert the faucet into the hole on the cart and replace the plastic washer and nut as shown below. Hand tighten the nut.
SUPPLY LINE HOOKUP 420-0356 Step 1: Secure one end of the supply line to the faucet. Secure the other end of the supply line to the brass adaptor inside the cart (figure A). Step 2: Attach portable water hose to the brass adaptor (figure B).
DRAIN PIPE ASSEMBLY 420-0356 1: Insert the sink with plastic flexible hose (pre-assembled) into the hole (figure A). 2: Insert the plastic flexible hose through the upper hole in the back panel of the cart (figure B).
ICE BIN COVER AND CONDIMENT BIN ASSEMBLY 420-0356 Place the ice bin cover on top of the ice bin. Insert the two condiment bins into the holes on the top panel of the cart. Place the covers on the bins.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE STAINLESS STEEL There are many stainless steel cleaners available. Always use the mildest cleaning procedure first, scrubbing in the direction of the grain. To touch up noticeable scratches in the stainless steel, sand very lightly with extra fine grit emery paper in the direction of the grain. Grease specks can gather and bake onto the surfaces of the stainless steel, giving the appearance of rust. For removal, use an abrasive pad with a stainless steel cleaner.
