Parts List SunCap Long Tension Strap, Part Number 424.14 Short Tension Strap, Part Number 460.37 Qty - 1 Qty - 2 Qty - 2 Step Two SECURE HEADER TO WINDSHIELD Step One SNAP SUNCAP TO HEADER Slide the pocket sewn along the front of the SunCap over the edge of the header and snap it to the snaps. Center the SunCap on the vehicle. Place the tabs on the Header Knob Bases above the footman loops in the windshield frame. Place a Header Knob Plate under a footman loop.

Thread Strap through Buckle Step Five INSTALL LONG TENSION STRAPS Thread a Long Tension Strap through the buckle on the side of the SunCap. Pull the strap under the pod and hook it into the same hole as the right rear buckle strap. Repeat on the other side of the vehicle. Hook Strap into Hole Pull End of Strap to Tighten Step Six SECURE REAR CORNER STRAPS Locate the buckle straps sewn to the rear corners of the SunCap . Wrap the strap under the SunCap and around the sport bars.

Care and Maintenance of your New SunCap Your SunCap is made of the finest materials available. To keep it looking new and for the maximum possible wear, it will need periodic cleaning and maintenance. Washing: The fabric should be washed often using soap, warm water and a soft bristle brush. Rinse with clear water to remove all traces of soap. Water: Seeping through at the seams may be stopped by applying 3-M Scotchgard® on the inside of the seams.
