2-6 Configuring the Printer
ESC Starts the command language.
‘cmdbbw’ Search for black mark backward command.
Enter QB.
<max> The maximum number of lines to move backward
in 0.25mm line increments (in 00 hex – FF hex).

See the printer’s response to the black mark commands in the following table.

#high# The left digit of the hex number representing the
number of lines moved to find the black mark in
30 hex – 3F hex.
#low# The right digit of the hex number representing the
number of lines moved to find the black mark in
30 hex – 3F hex.

You can check the versions of both the printer’s hardware and firmware.
