Hassle-free
returns policy
Our ve-year guarantee is available on all Paxton10
products*. If a problem arises, follow these three simple
steps and we will get your return sorted:
1. Call into Support if a problem arises on site,
Support will then troubleshoot the issue.
2. If the issue cannot be solved, you will be supplied
with a returns number.
3. Within 30 days you can either:
a. Return to your distributor with the returns
number for a replacement or credit
b. Send the product back to Paxton with the
returns number for a replacement
