To replace the idRU fan-hood modules

1. Note the four-digit number on the label at the side of the suspect repeater. This information will be

needed when verifying connection to the repeater after completing the replacement procedure.

2. Remove the following connections:

x Disconnect power to the unit and disconnect the power connector.

x Label the idRU CPRI cables and disconnect the CPRI cables.

x Disconnect the coax cable.

x Disconnect the ground cable.

3. Disconnect the 2x fan-hoods POWER connectors – one power connection per fan-hood.

4. Remove the 4x bolts securing the FRONT fan-hood module.
