If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES
First Aid Measures
General Advice
Provide this SDS to medical personnel for treatment. After first aid, get appropriate in-plant,
paramedic, or community medical support.
Eye Contact
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. If
eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
Skin Contact
Wash with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Get
medical attention if irritation occurs.
Inhalation
Remove exposed individual(s) to fresh air for 20 minutes. Consult a physician / poison
center if individual's condition declines or if symptoms persist.
Ingestion
Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Never
give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Seek medical advice.
Self-Protection of the First Aider
First Aid responders should pay attention to self-protection and use the recommended
protective clothing (chemical resistant gloves, splash protection). If potential for exposure
exists refer to Section 8 for specific personal protective equipment.
