2. Select Mobile Email or Mobile Web Mail, then press the OK Key.
t Mobile Email: To connect via Brew Smartlink.
t Mobile Web Mail: To connect via WAP Browser.
3. The Browser launches. Follow the on-screen prompts.
CHAT
1. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the OK
Key [MENU], swivel to the QWERTY keypad, then press 2. Messaging,
8. Chat.
2. Browser launches.
3. Select one of the displayed chat rooms, and then press the OK Key.
4. To chat with Internet Messenger users, follow the on-screen prompts.
ERASE ALL
To erase all messages stored in your Inbox, Drafts or Sent folders:
1. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left
Soft Key [Message], then press the Right Soft Key [Options]
and select from the following:
t Press “1. Erase Inbox” to erase all messages or only read messages stored in the Inbox.
t Press “2. Erase Sent” to erase all messages stored in Sent Folder.
t Press “3. Erase Drafts” to erase all messages stored in the Drafts folder.
t Press “4. Erase All” to erase all messages or all except unread messages stored in the
Inbox, Sent, and Drafts folders.
Locked messages cannot be erased.
2. Select Yes to erase the selected messages, then press the OK Key.
A confirmation message appears.
SETTINGS
To configure message settings:
1. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, then press
the Left Soft Key [Message], then press the Left Soft Key
again for [Settings].
2. Highlight one of the settings below, then press the OK Key to select it:
MESSAGES VIEW
1. Select By Time or By Contacts and press the OK Key.
t By Time: Sort received and sent messages into inbox and sent folders by time.
t By Contact: Group all received and sent messages by contact.
ENTRY MODE
Allows you to set a default Entry Mode. For example, if Abc Mode is the default, its
