SOUND BOX
This menu displays the list of ringtones and recorded voice memos.
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad and press 3. Multimedia, 1. Sound Box.
. Highlight the desired sound, then press the OK Key [PLAY] to play the sound. Press
the OK Key [STOP] to stop playing the sound.
. Press the Right Soft Key
[Options] to access the following options:
• Send: To send the sound.
• Rename: To edit the sound’s title.
• Move: To move the selected sound to the Internal/External memory.
This option only appears if an external memory is inserted.
• Erase: To erase the sound.
• Erase All: To erase all the sounds in your phone.
• File Info: Displays the selected sound file information.
Lock/Unlock option appears only when a sound file is saved on the internal memory.
SETTING A SOUND AS
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad and press 3. Multimedia, 1. Sound Box.
. Select the sound you want to set, press the Left Soft Key
[Set As], then select
one of the following and press the OK Key.
• 1. Ringtone: A confirmation message appears.
• 2. Contact ID: SET AS CONTACT ID screen appears. Select a contact you want to assign the ringtone to, then
press the OK Key.
• 3. Alert Sounds: Press the corresponding number key to set the ringtone for one of the following:
- All Messages / TXT Message / Multimedia Message / Voicemail
