SPEED DIALS
From idle mode, calls can be placed to numbers stored in speed dial by swiveling to the
QWERTY keypad, and pressing & holding the location number on the keypad.
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad, press 2. Contacts then press 4. Speed Dials.
. Highlight the desired Speed Dial position, or enter the Speed Dial digit, then press
the OK Key [
SET].
. Select the desired Contact entry, then press the OK Key.
. Highlight the number you wish to set to speed dial then press the OK Key.
. "Assign speed dial to contact?" appears on the screen. Press the Right Soft Key
[Ye s]. A confirmation message appears.
“Unassigned” appears if the location is available.
TO ERASE A SAVED SPEED DIAL
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad, press 2. Contacts then press 4. Speed Dials.
. Select the Speed Dial entry you want to erase.
. Press the Right Soft Key
[Remove].
. "Remove speed dial?" appears on the screen. Press the Right Soft Key
[Ye s]. A
confirmation message appears.
