DISPLAY SETTINGS
Allows you to customize the display.
MY BANNER
The My Banner can be up to 16 characters and is displayed on your phone’s screen from idle mode.
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad and press 7. Settings, 2. Display Settings,
1. My Banner.
. Enter the banner text (up to 16 characters), select a desired font color, then press
the OK Key [SET].
BACKLIGHT
To set the duration for backlight illumination of the Main Screen and Keypad:
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
[Menu], swivel to the QWERTY keypad and press 7. Settings, 2. Display Settings,
2. Backlight.
. Press 1. Display or 2. Keypad.
. Select 7 Seconds, 15 Seconds, 30 Seconds or Always On, then press the OK Key.
Even if Always On is selected for the Backlight setting, the backlight will turn off when the phone is
powered off.
WALLPAPER
To choose the kind of background to be displayed on the phone:
. From idle mode, press the OK Key to unlock the keypad, press the Left Soft Key
