PLC Experience:
A solid foundation is important for any project. Our approach to
automation begins with the development of a functional description.
This important document guides the programming effort and is used
for system acceptance. PCT leverages our standard PLC code library
to maximize the efficiency of our programming. We support our
customers through the specification and supply of all peripheral
control devices. Our design staff develops complete electrical design
packages and system documentation sets. When it is time to
commission the system in your plant, PCT’s programmer will be there
to ensure that the system starts up smoothly.
PCT also specializes in providing well conceived human machine
interface (HMI) systems. Our work is driven by input from your
operators. We are experienced in developing applications for machine
operation and troubleshooting, recipe management (to reduce setup
time and variation), production data tracking, and interfacing to
enterprise software.
Complex process lines benefit from the precise control that
coordinated drive systems provide. PCT has applied our know
how to develop web handling solutions for processes ranging from
stretch film to steel. We have also provided product handling
systems requiring several axes of coordinated motion. Our team
excels in the design, programming, fabrication and commissioning
of drive systems.
