Special techniques are necessary for installation of the panel display mount.

This product (IWB-250) is intended for use in standard 2”x 4” (wood) construction with studs on 16” centers.

All electrical connections should be performed by a qualified electrician.

Extreme caution should be used cutting into walls. Electrical wiring and plumbing may exist and could cause DAMAGE OR SHOCK

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS WARNING The wall structure must be capable of supporting at least 4 times the weight of the display and the IWB-250 kit. Check with a qualified installer to verify the walls integrity to support the display and the in wall kit per instructions. Failure to do so could cause serious injury. Caution: Special consideration should be taken when mounting to a load bearing wall. Consult with your local building code or a licensed Contractor. Damage to the structure could occur.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR DRYWALL CUT-OUT 1: 2: 3: 4: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9: 10: 11: 12: Find a suitable place for the display. Make certain that there is no plumbing, wiring or any other obstacle in the wall. Locate the center of the wooden studs (using a stud finder) and mark the location of the three studs. The studs should have an inside dimension (between the three studs) of 30 1/4” to 30 3/4”.

INSTALLING THE IN WALL BOX IWB-250 1: 2: 3: 2: 4: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9: The proper orientation of the IWB-250 is with the side holes with slots facing to the right side stud. There are 4 knock outs in the in wall box ( 2 top and bottom) for the use of the carlon elec. box (item 8). Knock outs top and bottom are also provided for riged pipe. Determine the location of the power and video cables and remove the desired knock outs (tap out with a hammer and twist to remove).
