Function

Explanation
RCD
RCD AUTO
Automatic RCD test for the tripping time. It will be tested by
different test currents (x1 / 2, x1, x5) and the time taken to trip the
residual current circuit breaker.
RCD TIME
FI-testing of the trip time by manually selected test current ratio
(x½, x1, x2, x5)
RCD RAMP
Automatic RCD testing after the release current. This is increased
until the RCD trips.
Trip Current
(Nominal) tripping current of the RCD (10mA, 30mA, 100mA etc.)
Type of RCD
Selection of RCD-type (normal, selective) and the test current
(sine, half-wave).
0°/180°
Phase twist at the RCD testing. Can change polarity in the RCD-
testing.
UF
The error voltage UF is a voltage that occurs against the reference
earth at an insulation fault on bodies or extraneous conductive
parts in an electrical system. It is measured between neutral and
ground.
UL
The maximum contact voltage (UL = U limit) specifies the maximum
allowable voltage, which is tested and is safe for humans. In adults,
this value is set to 50V AC, with children and animals, this value is
set to 25V AC.
