Sound
Adjust the sound setting of the phone.
Sound
SET VOLUME
You can adjust the ringer volume to one of 6
levels (level 1 to 5 and ‘O’).
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Sound’ and
press / OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Ringer’ and
press / OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Ringer Volume’
and press / OK.
SETTING RINGER MELODY
You select from 10 melodies.
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Sound’ and
press / OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Ringer’ and
press / OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Extern’, to set
ringer for external calls.
5. Or ‘Intern’ to set ringer for internal calls.
6. Press
/ OK.
7.
Select a melody and press / OK to
confirm.
SET KEY TONE
Key tone is the sound made when you press
a key on the handset.
1. Press
/ OK.
2. Scroll with  and  to ‘Sound’ and
press / OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Tones’ and press
/ OK.
4. Scroll with  and  to ‘Key Beep’ and
press
/ OK.
5.
Select ON or OFF and confirm with
/ OK.
DOCKING-TONE (CONFIRMATION)
When you replace the handset to the base
station an sound will be heard.
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Sound’ and
press / OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Tones’ and press
/ OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Confirmation’
and press / OK.
5. Select ON or OFF and press
/ OK.
SILENT
Set the phone to silent mode and no ringer
will sound by incoming call.
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Sound’ and
press / OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Ringer’ and
press / OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Silent’ and
confirm with / OK.
Auto answer
If the handset is in the base station and an
incoming call is received, the call will be picked
up automatically by picking the handset
up from the base station. You can choose
whether this function should be enabled or not.
