Resetting the handset
You can reset all handset settings to the
factory settings and thereby delete all the
entries from the phonebook, the calls list and
the redial memory.

Scroll with  and  to ‘Handset
settings ‘and confirm with / OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Handset Reset’
and press / OK.
5.
Enter PIN (0000) and confirm with
/ OK.
SOUND SETTTING
1. Press VOL.
2.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Settings’ and
press / OK.
3. Scroll with  and  to ‘Base settings’
and confirm with
/ OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  to ‘Ringer’ and
confirm with / OK to set the sound.
DIAL MODE
There are two dierent dialling modes that
may be used in telephones.
•
Multifrequency dialling (DTMF) or tone
dialling (current, modern dialling method)
• Pulse dialling (for older equipment).

and confirm with

Scroll with  and  to ‘Dial mode’ and
press / OK to adjust.
Flash
You can use the Flash key R to use or activate
certain services on your outside lines such
as ‘Call waiting’ (assuming that your phone
provider oers this feature). The Flash key is
also used for internal recall or for forwarding
a call when the telephone is being used in a
private exchange. The Flash key R causes a
brief interruption on the line. You can set this
interruption to 100 ms or 300 ms.
