SMS
PIN-CODE
The procedure for changing the default PIN
or to enter a new PIN is as follows:
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  toSettings’ and
press / OK.
3. Scroll with  and  toBase settings
and confirm with
/ OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  toSystem PIN’ and
press / OK to adjust.
Note
The default setting for the PIN is ‘0000’.
HANDSET PRIORITY
In the default setting as supplied, each handset
is registered as MT 1 to Base station.
1. Press
/ OK.
2.
Scroll with  and  toSettings’ and
press / OK.
3. Scroll with  and  toBase settings
and confirm with
/ OK.
4.
Scroll with  and  toHS Priority’ and
press / OK to adjust.
ECO MODE RANGE
You can choose here ‘Full or Half range’ of
transmitting power.
FULL ECO
The handset reduces its transmitting power
according to the distance from the base unit
while you are making a call. This function may
be turned ON or OFF.
Full’—> no TX power
Half range’ —> decrease 4-5dB from original
TX power
SMS
1. Press / OK.

Scroll with  and  to ‘SMS’ and press
/ OK.
3.
Scroll with  and  toWrite SMS’ and
press / OK.
4. Write a message and press
/ OK.
5.
Scroll with  and  toSend’ and
confirm with / OK.
6.
Enter a number and press / OK to
send the SMS.
Answering machine
Your phone includes a telephone answering
machine that records unanswered calls when
it is on. You can access the answering machine
remotely and change the settings through the
answering machine menu on the handset. The
LED Display on the base station lights up when
the answer machine is on.
SWITCH ON/OFF
You can switch on/o the answering machine
with the handset or base station.
