and confirm with / OK.
VIA BASE STATION
Press ‘ANS ON’ in Standby mode to activate
or deactivate the answering machine.
Note:
When the answer machine is activated, calls
will be answered by the answer machine after
a number of rings (depending on the settings).
SET ANSWERING MODE
You can set the answering machine and select
if the callers can leave messages.

machine’ and press / OK to confirm.
3. Scroll with  and  to ‘Answer settings’
and press / OK.
4. Scroll with  and  to ‘Answer mode’
and press
/ OK to confirm.
5. Select Answer & Record or Answer Only
and press / OK.
Announcement
The announcement is the message your caller
hears when the answering machine picks
up the call. The answering machine has 2
prerecorded announcements: [ANSWER &
RECORD] and [ANSWER ONLY].

LISTEN TO AN ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Press

3. Scroll with  and  to ‘Outgoing
Message’ and confirm with / OK.
4. Scroll with  and  to ‘Play Message’
and confirm with
/ OK.
5. Select ‘Answer & Record’ or ‘Answer
Only’ and press
/ OK to confirm.
RECORD ANNOUNCEMENT
The maximum length of the announcement you
can record is 1 minutes. The newly recorded
announcement automatically replaces the old
one.
