Warranty
Pearl Mantels warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one year from the date of purchase provided such product is used and installed under proper and
normal conditions.
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. damage caused by ordinary wear and tear;
2. damage caused in transit
3. damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, installation not consistent with local
building codes, not adhering to heat clearances as related to the fireplace insert or general misuse of
the product.
4. buyer’s remorse
This warranty is void if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation or if it has
been modified in a manner inconsistent with the product as shipped by Pearl Mantels.
