Attaching Adapter Plate to SR Cart or SS Stand Hook Plate 1 Align inner holes of adapter plate (A) to inner holes of hook plate. From rear of hook plate, attach adapter plate (A) to hook plate using four M10 x 15 mm screws (B) as shown below. Tighten all fasteners with 6 mm allen wrench (C). HOOK PLATE A B 2 Attach adapter plate (A) to rotational mount using four M10 x 15 mm screws provided with rotational mount and securely fasten using 6 mm allen wrench (C) as shown below.
