Safety Tips
Things You May Need
If soldering during faucet installation, the seats cartridges
and
washers will have to be removed before using flame.
Othe
rwise, warranty will be void on these parts.
Protect your eyes with safety glasses when cutting or
soldering
water supply line.
• Cover your drain to avoid loosing parts.
Important points
Prior to beginning installation, turn off the cold and hot water
lines
and open the old faucet to release build-up pressure.
When
installing your new faucet, turn the connector nuts finger-
tight,
then use one wrench to anchor the fitting and a second
wrench to tighten the nut one additional tu
rn. Connections that
are
too tight will reduce the integrity of the system.
Wrap all threaded connections with pipe tape available at
your
local hardware or plumbing supply store. Always wrap in
a clockwise direction.
a
All
installations can vary depending on how your previous faucet was installed. Not all supplies for faucet
installation are
included; however they are available wherever plumbing supplies are sold. When
choosing
your installation supplies, make sure they are IAPMO and/or CSA approved products.

BLACK
Your new bathroom faucet is designed for
years
of trouble-free performance.
Keep
it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a soft
cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals
as
these will dull the finish and void your warranty.
For models:
944-264
Remove rubber washer, metal washer and lock nut
from the spout shank.
3
Insert faucet body through the correct faucet hole in the
sink.
4
Slide the rubber washer and metal washer up the
mounting shank and secure faucet body with lock nut.
Thread adaptor assembly onto the shank.
6
Loosen screw on hose adapter at the end of flex hose,
push adapter with hose coupling until you hear a “click”.
Tighten with screw.
7
Attach weights set to hose. For best results, be sure the
sprayhead is locked in the faucet body, and attached the
weights just above the lowest part of the hose as it rises
to the spout. This will ensure pulling force all the way into
the faucet body.
8
Wrap supply inlets with pipe tape and connect to water
supply.
9
Lift plastic pump from soap dispenser connector.
Unthread the bottle, lock nut and washer from soap
dispenser connector.
10
From above sink, install soap dispenser connector through
the sink. From below, secure with washer and locknut.
11
From below sink, install bottle. Insert pump into
decorative dispenser nozzle and place assembly into
dispenser connector.
12
After installing faucet, remove pull-down spray and turn
on water to remove any leftover debris. Re-assemble
spray.
