Settings Menu
Incoming Call
This setting controls the behaviour of the phone when two handsets are connected. If only one handset is con-
nected, the setting has no impact. If one handset is occupied by a call, the second handset is deactivated during
this time.
Settings > Call settings > Incoming call
Options
Handset
1: Incoming calls are diverted to the handset, which is connected to the handset socket on the
electronics box marked with IF1.
Handset 2: Incoming calls are diverted to the handset, which is connected to the handset socket on the
electronics box marked with IF2.
Both: Incoming calls can be answered on both handsets.
Call Duration Display
The total call time since the last deletion is displayed. The function key Delete can reset the counter. The device
code is needed to deleting the call duration.

Setting up a Call Divert
Incoming calls can be forwarded to a specic phone number. This is a network service, which needs to be sup-
ported by the mobile phone provider. These settings are sent by the phone to the mobile phone provider and vice
versa are retrieved from the provider when requested. This setting is disabled by selecting the setting “Off”.
Settings > Call settings > Call divert > On
Options
Add number: Add the call divert phone number with the input keys .
From phone book: Add the call divert phone number by selecting it from the phone book.
Enabling the SMS Signal Tone
The SMS signal tone is enabled and disabled by pressing the function key OK.
Settings > Signals/Tones > SMS signal tone
Adjusting the Ringer Volume
The ringer volume is adjusted by pressing the navigation keys and .
