Call Register Menu
Opening the Call Register
The last ten calls are registered in each category (list), consisting of Missed calls, Received calls and Dialled num-
bers. The phone menu offers the possibility to delete one or more lists or to dial or store phone numbers in the
phone book.
Call register > select list > select an entry > function key Options
Options
Save to phone book: Use the phone number of a selected call register entry to add a new contact.
Sending SMS: Send an SMS to the phone number of a selected call register entry.
Dial number: Dial the phone number from a selected call register entry.
NOTE:
Calls with unidentied phone number are marked as anonymous. In this case, options are not available.
Saving a Phone Number from the Call Register
Selecting the phone number from the call register and opening the phone book editor:
Call register > select list > select entry > function key Options > Save to phone book > function key OK
Saving the phone number in the phone book:
1. Enter rst name and surname.
2. Press the function key Next.
3. The category (business , mobile or private ) for the phone number can be chosen using the navigation
keys or and saved with the function key Selection.
4. If required, additional phone numbers can be added to the other free categories.
5. Press the function key Next to save the contact.
Calling a Phone Number from the Call Register
Selecting a phone number from the call register and opening the phone book:
Call register > select list > select entry > function key Options > Dial number > function key OK
Sending an SMS Message to a Phone Number from the Call Register
Selecting a phone number from the call register and opening the phone book:
Call register > select list > select entry > function key Options > Sending SMS > function key OK > edit SMS if re-
quired > function key Send > edit phone number if required > function key Send
