If your device or an accessory needs repair, whether under warranty or following expiration of the warranty
period, the device can be sent directly to pei tel.
For this purpose, please go to www.peitel.de and register your return in the support area.
NOTE:
Before sending in the defective electronics box, please remove the SIM card, cables and accessories. Only send
in the defective device.
Please not, that in case of a repair, all data stored in the PTCarPhone (settings, contact and text messages) will
likely be deleted.
