New Entry
 If you do not provide any response to the various requests throughout the Add New command sequence, typically
the particular system prompt will be repeated 3 times followed by a long BEEP and then the system will exit the
menu.
(1) ‘Phonebook New Entry. Name please BEEP
(2) You train a new word in two utterances. Please say the name naturally you wish to train.
(3) Name or a similar one is already stored in phonebook [ FOUND
No word detected or ‘cancel’: [ CANCEL
Word detected [ TRAIN
FOUND : ‘Name found in phonebook, would you like to try again?’ [
“YES” [ continue with (1)
“NO” [ returns to main menu
CANCEL
: returns to main menu
TRAIN
: ‘repeat name please’ [ starts the training in second utterance [ continue with (4)
(4) Please say the name again. If both trained words are to different [ MISMATCH
