ATM/POS DATA FORMAT
The unit allows you to configure the following settings:
• Input Channel: Allows you to select the camera channel associated with the ATM/POS data input.
• Transaction Start: Allows you to enter a text string that starts the recording of data and video. For more information about ATM/POS text
strings, refer to the documentation supplied with your particular unit.
• Transaction End: Allows you to enter a text string that signals the end of the ATM/POS transaction.
• Delimiter: Allows you to enter the character(s) that the device uses to indicate the end of a line.
• Ignore String: Allows you to enter the strings of text that you want the HVR to ignore.
• Time Out: Allows you to set the amount of time the unit will continue to record video after receiving the transaction end text string.
• Relay Output: Allows you to link the ATM/POS recording camera channel to a relay output.
To configure the ATM/POS data format:
1. From the Linking menu, click the ATM/POS Data Format submenu.
2. Click the Input Channel box, and select a channel.
3. Click the Transaction Start box, and enter a setting.
4. Click the Transaction End box, and enter a setting.
5. Configure the remaining settings.
6. Click Close.
7. Click OK.
EVENT POP-UP
The event pop-up feature displays video for selected events on the spot monitor: OFF, ALARM, MOTION, TEXT, or ALL.
To configure the Event Pop-up feature:
1. From the Linking menu, click the Event Popup submenu:
2. Click the Spot Monitor box and select a setting.
3. Click Close.
4. Click OK.
