To configure emergency notification:
1. From the Linking menu, click the Emergency submenu.
2. Click the Notification box. The remaining boxes become available.
3. Configure the remaining settings.
4. Click Close.
5. Click OK.
OUTPUT
You can configure how the relay output is controlled: alarm acknowledge or post-alarm time. The Relay Off setting does not control the actual
alarm recording function. Turning off the relay output does not terminate the alarm recording mode.
The unit allows you to configure the following settings:
Relay Off:
ALARM ACKNOWLEDGE: The relay output feature must be turned off manually.
POST-ALARM TIME: Turns off the relay output feature automatically when the post-alarm time expires. This setting is configured
individually for each channel. For information about configuring post-alarm time, refer to Schedule Menu on page 39.
System Relay Out: Sets the relay output to either off or on.
To configure the relay output:
1. From the Linking menu, click the Output submenu.
2. Configure the remaining settings.
3. Click Close.
4. Click OK.
SOUND
The sound feature allows you to configure the HVR to issue an audible sound in response to the activation of a button, an event (alarm or motion),
and a system state.
The unit allows you to configure the following settings:
Alarm: If selected, the system beeps approximately once per second until the alarm event is acknowledged.
Motion: If selected, the system beeps approximately once per second until the motion event is acknowledged.
Text: If selected, the system beeps approximately once per second until the text event is acknowledged.
System: If selected, the system beeps when any system action occurs.
To configure the sound:
1. From the Linking menu, click the Sound submenu.
2. Configure the remaining settings.
3. Click Close.
4. Click OK.
