PROPERTIES
The unit allows you to configure the following settings:
• HVR Name: Enter a name for the unit up to 20 characters long.
• Language: Select a display language.
• Button Beep: When selected, a sound is produced when you press a button on the front panel or remote control.
• Video Format: Selects NTSC or PAL. Changing the video format will initiate reformatting of the HDD. A confirmation dialog box appears
prompting you to continue the reformat process.
• Configuration Import: Allows you to import configuration settings from a USB drive.
• Configuration Export: Allows you export the unit’s configuration settings to a USB drive.
• Factory Default: Allows you to reset the unit to the factory settings. Settings that are not reset are the configured date, time, daylight
saving, time zone, user name, and user password.
To configure the unit’s properties:
1. From the System menu, click the Properties submenu.
2. Configure the remaining settings.
3. Click Close.
4. Click OK.
