1. Connect the RS-232C crossed cable to the PC’s RS-232C terminal.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the VCR’s RS-232C IN terminal.
For instructions on how to set the RS-232C interface board setting, refer to the Assigning
the RS-232C Settings section.
CONNECTING TO A PC FOR REMOTE CONTROL
You can remotely control the VCR using a personal computer that has an RS-232 serial
port.
