When you receive a call, if the caller's information is transmitted from the
network on which the call was made (and the caller doesn't hide it), the
caller's phone number is displayed. If you missed one or more calls, the
icon will appear on thedisplay. If the CID memory is full, the icon
willflashonthedisplay.
OUT OF AREA - This message will display when someone calls from an area
wherethe telephone companyis notofferingthe calleridentificationservices
orisnotyetprovidingnumberdeliverytoyourarea.
PRIVATE - If the caller has exercised the option to prevent his name and
numberfrombeingsent,thismessagewillshowonthedisplay.
