This function allows you to select a base from thosealready registered tothe
handset(upto4basescanberegisteredtoonehandset).
Thedisplaytheshowsthecurrentbase.
Use or keytoselectthedesiredbase.
Press the “Select” key. If you select a non-existent base, the
handset will sound a warning tone. After a short time, a confirmation
melody will sound, and the name of the handset will change
respectively.

Thehandsetwillonlyworkwiththebaseithaslastbeenregisteredto,orwith
theselectedbase.
If the registration of a handset was deleted, it can be registered to the
baseagainasdescribedabove.
To register a registered handset to another base, simplyfollow the steps
describedabovewithanotherbase.
Thehandsetwill onlyworkwiththebaseithaslastbeenregisteredto,or
withtheselectedbase(seechapter22.9).

22. Registering a handset to a base
(Registration)

Pressthe“Select”key tochooseabase.
As soon as the base is found, and the handset is successfully registered,
youwillbepromptedtoenterthePINcode(thedefaultoneis0000).

Thedisplayshows"PIN ?".
EnterthecurrentPINcode.
Press the “Reset” key. If the PIN code is validated, all Base
settings will be returned to the factory default. Otherwise a warning
sound will be heard and the settings will remain. After resetting, the
handsetwillreturntostandbymode.
The supplied handset is already registered with the number 1. You can
register up to 5 handsets/door units to the same base (see chapter 27
"Optionalaccessories").Ahandsetcanberegisteredtoupto4bases.
Press and hold the key [59] on the bottom of the base for at least 5
seconds.
Press the key. On validation of the PIN code, the registration tone
willsoundandthebaseassignsanumbertothehandset.IfthePINcode
enteredisinvalid,awarningtonewillsound,andthehandsetwillreturn
to the previous registration state. If the base is not found, the handset
willbehaveaccordingtotheOutofRangecondition.
