Recording and Playing Back Sound

Press the Green button in
A mode.
The camera enters the Voice Recording
mode. The remaining recordable time and
the recording time of the current file appear
on the display.

Press the shutter release button
fully.
Recording starts. The self-timer lamp blinks
during recording.
You can record sounds continuously for up
to 18 hours.
When the Green button is pressed during
recording, an index is added to the current sound file.

Press the shutter release button fully.
Recording stops.
Recording Sound
• If you press and hold down the shutter release button for more than
one second in Step 2, recording continues until you take your finger off
the button. This is useful for recording short sound.
• The sound is saved in WAVE monaural files.
