Block Cushion Mount
The spring loaded block cushion
mount provides surface-mountable
protection against accidental target
contact for standard shielded
inductive sensors. This mount
incorporates a block-shaped
outer housing, an inner sleeve that
secures the sensor, and a plastic
protective cap for the sensor face.
End Stop Adapter
The end stop adapter turns a standard
8 mm diameter shielded inductive
sensor into a durable mechanical stop
switch. Using a hardened screw and
spring-loaded piston, the adapter
threads over the sensor. When the
spring-loaded piston is depressed, an
internal target moves and the sensor is
triggered. These adapters are useful for
applications where end-of-travel signals
are required and are available in 25 mm
and 50 mm lengths. Sensor activation
point is dependent upon the insertion
depth (0-1.5 mm).
Note: Requires 9 oz. to activate.
