Charge the batteries in car
The batteries can also be charged in the radio using a 12V car
(cigarette lighter) adaptor, voltage range 10-14V, maximum current
of 4A, DC dimension 2.0 mm inner diameter with positive pole and
6.3 mm outer diameter with negative pole. To charge,
connect the adaptor to the car (cigarette lighter) socket and DC IN
socket located on the back of the radio.
Setting the clock manually
The clock can be set manually either when the radio is on or off.
Press in FM station seek/Time set/File browser button 8 for approx.
12 seconds until display appears Set clock Type/24 H, rotate the button
to select required clock type then press in the button to confirm
the selection. Display will flash Hour. Following same procedures as
above to set Hour, Minute, Year, Month and date. Confirm the time
setting by pressing in the button. Display will show time after time
setting is completed.
Auto clock set via RDS Clock Time signal
The clock can be auto adjusted by FM RDS station you tune to. If the
clock is set automatically by the RDS clock time signal. Display will
show CT indicating the clock time is auto set by the RDS signal.
Note:
The CT icon will appear only for 24 hours, if you need to make sure the
time is precise, tune to any FM stations with RDS clock time signal.
The clock time will be auto corrected with CT icon on the display.
