SABBATH MODE
SABBATH MODE ON PERLICK COLUMNS
The following models may be used on the Jewish
Sabbath or the Jewish Holidays (Yom Tov) when
placed in the Sabbath mode.
COLUMN MODELS

ACTIVATING/DEACTIVATING SABBATH MODE
To place the unit in the Sabbath mode, press the
settings icon ( ) and then press the Star K icon ( ).
To exit Sabbath mode, touch the Star K icon ( ).
• Disables user interface (Sabbath mode icon
illuminated continuously).
• Disables lights (off while in Sabbath mode).
• Door open alarm disabled.
• Power interruption resumes in Sabbath mode.
• Defrost system is time dependent.
• Fan motors cycle with refrigeration system.
• Refrigeration system has built-in delay upon
door opening.
• Variable speed compressor speed not affected
by door openings.
