• 24" and 30" Column Refrigerators feature
Perlick’s exclusive QuatroCool™ Technology,
ensuring precision temperature and humidity
control in 4 dierent regions, oering dual
chamber air filtration throughout.
• Touch screen controls are customizable to 1°
increments in all our columns. Enjoy access
to smart settings for a variety of fresh and
frozen foods, or store your wines at their ideal
temperatures. Access settings for lighting, Sabbath
mode and more with a single touch.
• 24" and 30" Column Refrigerators feature
frameless spill proof shelving, tiered deli drawers,
tip out produce bins, and slide in stainless steel
pans for marinating or storing premade appetizers
and sous vide packets.
• Column Refrigerators and Freezers are brightly
illuminated by white roll-on theatre lighting, while
Wine Columns include the option of white and
blue roll-on theatre lighting.
• Wine Columns are available in an industry
exclusive single temperature model for maximum
capacity or a dual zone model to store red and
white wine at their recommended temperatures.
• Wine Columns feature a convertible display shelf
to showcase 6 prized wine bottles with additional
storage for 4 dessert (half sizes) wine bottles
when angled up. The shelf easily lays flat to store 11
bottles without additional parts and pieces.
• Perlick’s advanced technology monitors humidity
levels in our wine reserve, and if necessary, pushes
additional moisture into the compartment to
maintain 60-70% relative humidity - preserving
corks and preventing oxidation. Soft coat full
extension shelves gently cradle each bottle and
protect them from vibration.
• All columns have stainless steel interiors and
exteriors for long life durability, easy cleaning, and
sanitation. Manufactured ready to accept custom
or stainless steel panels.
