Wine Storage Brochure

one of the most important ways to fight
off enemies of wine is to make sure that you know
the proper temperatures in which to store your wine
collection! According to Wine Spectator, sparkling wines,
dessert wines and most white wines should be stored
between 34 and 50 degrees fahrenheit in
order to preserve their freshness.
Fuller-bodied whites such as
Chardonnay should be
served slightly warmer.
Reds should be
served at 55 to
65 degrees
fahrenheit.
