Getting started with the SmartFeeder The setup and installation of SmartFeeder takes just a few minutes. 1. Download Petnet App To configure your SmartFeeder, you’ll need to download the Petnet App. It is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. 2. Create your Petnet account, register your pet and food Follow the directions on the Petnet App to create your user account, add you pet’s profile and register your food.
3. Power on the bowl The power switch is located on the rear right side of the bowl. Once powered on, the red LED on the front left of the bowl will blink on and off. 4. Connect bowl with you phone The power witch is located on the rear right side of the bowl. Once powered on, the red LED on the front left of the bowl will blink on and off.
5. Connect SmartFeeder to Wi-Fi The Petnet App will guide you through each step using a proprietary blinking process to connect with your bowl. 6. Set up your SmartFeeder Place the stainless steel bowl insert on top of the bowl. Slide the bowl into SmartFeeder housing as shown below. Connect A/C adapter to wall outlet.
7. Add food to hopper Pour food into the hopper and fill it, leaving a 1 inch clearance at the top. 8. Congratulations! You’re all set up. Use the Petnet App to set up feeding times and portion sizes.
HOW DO I TRIGGER A REMOTE FEED? Your SmartFeeder allows you to feed your pet from anywhere in the world. To trigger a Remote Feed: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Tap the Home icon at the bottom of the screen. Press the circle in the upper right corner. Choose the amount of food you’d like to dispense. Press Feed. Tap the Close button to return to your Home screen. HOW DO I SET UP SCHEDULED FEEDINGS? Your SmartFeeder allows you to set up multiple scheduled feedings any time throughout the day.

WHAT INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD? The three horizontal striped icon on the top left of the app is where you access your Petnet Settings. In your settings, you can edit your account email and password, connect compatible apps, edit notifications, and contact Customer Support. The small Circle to the top right of the homepage is your Remote Feed option. You can feed any portion from anywhere as long as your feeder is online by using this feature.
Light-green LED blink This means the bowl is ready to attempt the syncing process. The bowl lights should stop while the phone flashes white over the sensors on the left side of the LED Strip. If you receive multiple Low Battery warnings, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue: 1. We recommend that you run your device on A/C Power, so if you don't already have your SmartFeeder plugged in, doing so may resolve the issue. 2. If your SmartFeeder is plugged in, check to see if your bowl is securely installed in the SmartFeeder body (i.e. pushed all the way into the feeder base). 3. Check to see if the USB Cable is securely plugged into the feeder body. 4.
