WHAT INFORMATION IS DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD? 
The three horizontal striped icon on the top left of the app is where you access your Petnet 
Settings. In your settings, you can edit your account email and password, connect compatible 
apps, edit notifications, and contact Customer Support. 
The small Circle to the top right of the homepage is your Remote Feed option. You can feed any 
portion from anywhere as long as your feeder is online by using this feature. 
The circle around your pet’s photo shows your feeding progress as it relates to your pet’s daily 
budget. (For example, if you have 2 feeds per day and you’ve already completed the first one, the 
progress circle would show that you’re halfway there.) 
The area below is a numerical summary of that same information and shows you the number of 
feeds, cups, and calories that you’ve served for that particular day. 
WHAT DO THE LIGHTS MEAN ON MY SMARTFEEDER BASE? 
If you see a purple light around the Manual Feed button on the base of your feeder, this means 
there’s been a disconnection between your Wi-Fi and the SmartFeeder, and your feeder is 
offline. Try restarting your router and letting it connect. If you’ve restarted your router but your 
SmartFeeder is still offline, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@petnet.io or 
at (855) 738-4650. 
If you see a white light around the Manual Feed button on the base of your feeder, this means 
that your SmartFeeder is online and successfully connected to your Wi-Fi, and everything is 
good to go!
