Your CatGenie stays on the Cat Activation mode you selected until you change it.
To CHANGE or DE-ACTIVATE any Cat Activation Mode: Press & Release the Auto Setup Button until the LEDs go out.
Both 14 & 24 activation options double the number of SaniSolution Cartridge washes from 120 to 240.
If the CatGenie is used during the delay, the unit adjusts to allows more wait time before cleaning.
TIP: Make sure your cats are using their CatGenie before setting Cat Activation.

4 OPTIONS to CUSTOMIZE the CATGENIE
To keep running properly and efficiently, every appliance requires a little maintenance.
For example, your washer and dryer need their lint filters cleaned.
The CatGenie has a Water Sensor Guide that must be cleaned every 4 months.
Because that’s a long time to remember, the 120 PLUS model alerts you when it is time to clean.
ALERT: When you see #1 light plus the ERROR light signal every 3 seconds accompanied by single beep for
30 seconds every hour, you know it’s time to clean your Water Sensor Guide. This is a pre warning that your unit
could have trouble unless you clean the Guide. Depending on when you see this alert, you may still have time.
TIP:
Cleaning the Water Sensor Guide is a 2-minute job that can save you a lot of time and work.
Not cleaning the Guide of lime and grime build up, can cause the unit to not work properly, to smell, and even
to not drain, which can escalate into a clog.
