Problem Possible cause Solution

screw the steam nozzle firmly into place.
The milk is too warm. Only use cold milk right out of the refrige-
rator.
The milk frother has not

Assemble all parts as described on page
23.

in the frothed

Let the machine cool off and then screw
the steam nozzle firmly into place.

page 23. In the process, make sure that
the air duct in the tube adapter is free.
A tube adapter with a damaged air duct
must be replaced.
