vapors.
(b)Methodsandmaterialsforcontainmentandcleaningup
If ba ttery casing is dismantled, small amounts of electrolyte may leak. Collect all released material in a plastic lined
container.Disposeoffaccordingtothelocallawandrules.Avoidleachedsubstancestogetintotheearth,canalization
orwaters.
7. Handlingandstorage
(a)Precautionsforsafehandling
Always follow the warning information on the batteries and in the manuals of devices. Only use the recommended
battery types. Keep batteries away from children. For devices to be used by children, the battery casing should be
protectedagainstunauthorizedaccess.Unpackedbatteriesshallnotlieaboutinbulk.In
caseofbatterychangealways
replace all batteries bynew ones of identical type and brand. Do not swallow batteries. Do not throw batteries into
water.Donotthrowbatteriesintofire.Avoiddeepdischarge.Donotshort‐circuitbatteriesUserecommendedcharging
timeandcurrent.
(b)Conditionsforsafestorage,
includinganyincompatibilities
IfthePolymerbatteryissubjecttostor ageforsuchalongtermasmorethan3months,itisrecommendedtorecharge
thePolymerbatteryperiodically.Operatingtemperature:Charge:0℃~45℃.Discharge:‐20℃~60℃ Andrecommended
at‐20℃~45℃ for 1 month stor age, at‐20
℃~35℃ for 3 months storage. The capacity recoveryrate in the delivery
state (50%capacityoffullycharged)after storageisassumedto be80%ormore.The voltageforalongtime storage
shallbe3.7V~4.2Vrange.DonotstoragePolymerbatteryhaphazardlyinaboxordrawerwhere
theymayshort‐circuit
eachotherorbeshort‐circuitedbyothermetalobjects.Keepoutofreachofchildren.
