Warranty

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
PF WaterWorks LP, (herein “PFW") warrants for a period of 1year from the date of purchase that its
products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, when
installed, used and serviced in the manner intended for the normal usable life of the product and has
not been altered. PFW does not warrant that clear or transparent parts will remain clear and
transparent at initial clarity level. PFW does not warrant that the products will not leak when improperly
installed, or where parts become damaged, dry or brittle as a result of improper use or lack of use. As
the sole and exclusive remedy to Buyer, PFW will, at its election repair or replace the product where a
PFW inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage as set forth above within (1) year
after date of purchase PFW's determination of non-conformity shall be binding in all respects.
For warranty service, the Buyer should contact customer service at
[e-mail] or in the US/ Canada at 877-265-9777 or outside US/Canada
at 281-573-8422. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to PFW with all warranty
claims. PFW is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other consequential
costs. In no event shall the liability of PFW exceed the purchase price of the unit. The Buyer shall bear
shipping & handling charges incurred to ship same to and from PFW.
THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PF WATERWORKS LP AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY
FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY
DAMAGES EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID. TEXAS LAW SHALL GOVERN IN ALL RESPECTS.
