Changing
the
sewing
lamp
•
Switch
off
the
master
switch.
•
Disconnect
the
mains
plug
and
the
foot
control
from
the
machine.
•
Remove
the
detachable
workplate.
The
sewing
lamp
(bulb)
is
located
inside
the
needle
head
of the
sewing
machine.
Removal
To
make
it
easier
to
change
the
bulb,
we
recom
mend
placing
the
sewing
machine
on
the
side
as
illustrated.
•
Hold
the
machine
securely.
•
Push
the
bulb
into
its
holder
as
far
as
it
will
go
and
turn
it
counter-clockwise
(half
a
turn)
to
remove
it.
Insertion
•
Insert
the
bulb
in
the
diagon&
holder
and
turn
it
so
that
both
stops
of
the
bulb
engage.
•
Now
push
the
bulb
fully
into
the
holder
and
turn
it
clockwise
until
it is
held
firmly.
Important
The
maximum
permissable
bulb
wattage
is
15
Watts!
