Each specic warranty is covered in detail as well as what is required from you, the homeowner. Please keep a copy
of this warranty with the following important documents and resources;
• Original invoice / sales receipt
• Professional cleaning receipts and information
• Copy of the sample label or sample information
• A 2’ x 2’ uninstalled sample of your carpet
• Padding information
• Installer’s name and certication information
• If rubber backed carpet/attached pad carpet, what adhesives and tapes were used
