V-Chip Options
V-chip reads the ratings for programs, then denies
access to the programs which exceed the rating level
you set. With this function, you can block certain
programming inappropriate for children.
1 Press [SETUP] to display “SETUP”
menu.
2 Select “DETAIL” using [K
/ L], then
press [OK].
3 Select “V-CHIP” using [K
/ L], then
press [OK].

as your password using the number
buttons.

CAUTION:

Do not forget the password. It will be used as your
v-chip access password from the next time onward.
4-b Enter the password using the number
buttons.
• Asterisk(*) will substitute for your password.

If you forget the password, enter “4737” then
proceed to “New Password” on page 23.
• When the password is correct, “V-CHIP” menu is
displayed.
