5 Select the desired DTV closed caption
using [K / L], then press [OK].
Select service.

Select one of these before
changing any other item in
“CLOSED CAPTION” menu.
Choose “SERVICE1” under
normal circumstances.
6 Press [SETUP] to exit “SETUP” menu.
NOTE:

“DTV CC” that you can switch differs depending
on the broadcast description.
CC Style
You can switch on or off the CC style feature.
1 Press [SETUP] to display “SETUP”
menu.
2 Select “DETAIL” using [K
/ L], then
press [OK].
3 Select “CLOSED CAPTION” using
[K
/ L], then press [OK].
4 Select “CC STYLE” using [K
/ L], then
press [OK].
5 Select “MANUAL” using [K
/ L], then
press [OK].

CC STYLE will be displayed using
your manual setting.
AUTO
MANUAL
If you select “AUTO”, the original CC style set by
the broadcast station will be applied.
CC Style Edit
You can edit the style of CC such as font, color or
size, etc. This feature is available only when “CC
STYLE” is set to “MANUAL”.
1 Repeat steps 1 to 3 in “Closed Caption
Options” on page 23.
2 Select “CC STYLE EDIT” using [K
/ L],
then press [OK].
