Note: Wash the sleeve before fi rst use.
Before you apply the thermopad to the
breast, make sure its temperature is
acceptable by testing it on the back of your
hand. Always use the thermopad together
with the sleeve provided.

Warm use: to stimulate milk  ow
before breastfeeding
• Immerse the thermopad in a bowl of hot
water and let it warm to the optimum
temperature (Fig. 1).
• Dry the thermopad with a cloth or towel (Fig. 2).
• Insert the thermopad into the sleeve
supplied (Fig. 3).
• Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 4).

Cold use: to soothe sore or
engorged breasts
• Place the thermopad in the refrigerator
or freezer and let it cool to the optimum
temperature for 24 hours (Fig. 5).
• Alternatively, immerse the thermopad in a bowl
of ice water (Fig. 6).
• Insert the thermopad into the sleeve
supplied (Fig. 7).
• Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 8).
Cleaning and storage
Before you use the thermopad for the  rst time
and after each use, gently clean the pad in warm
water with some washing-up liquid. Do not use a
brush, scourer or abrasive cleaning agent. • You can
clean the sleeve by hand or in the washing machine
at a low temperature. • Store the thermopad and
sleeve in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and
out of the reach of children.
Safety tips and troubleshooting
Do not heat the thermopad in a microwave.
• Do not use the thermopad without the sleeve
provided. Never put the frozen thermopad directly
onto your skin. • Do not put the thermopad on
damaged skin. • Do not use the thermopad while
you are feeding your baby or while expressing milk
with a breast pump. • If the thermopad becomes
damaged or appears to be leaking, stop using it
and throw it away. • Do not swallow the contents
of the thermopad. • After freezing, the gel inside
the thermopad has a snow-like appearance. This
is normal. The gel in the pad returns to its normal
condition in a few hours. • If you have any concerns
about using the thermopad, please consult your
doctor or midwife.

Čištění a skladování
Před každým použitím včetně prvního jemně

prostředku. Nepoužívejte kartáč, chemikálie nebo
abrazivní čisticí prostředky. • Termovložku lze
mýt ručně nebo v pračce při nízké teplotě.
• Termovložku a obal skladujte v chladném a
suchém prostředí, mimo dosah dětí. Nevystavujte
přímému slunci.
Bezpečnostní tipy a řešení problémů.
Neohřívejte termovložku v mikrovlnné troubě.
• Nepoužívejte termovložku bez dodaného obalu.
Nikdy nepokládejte zmrzlou termovložku přímo
na pokožku. • Nepokládejte termovložku na
poškozenou pokožku. • Nepoužívejte termovložku
během kojení nebo odsávání mléka odsávačkou.
• Pokud se termovložka poškodí nebo se zdá, že
prosakuje, přestaňte ji používat a vyhoďte ji.
• Nepolykejte obsah termovložky. • Zmrazený gel
v termovložce vypadá jako sníh. To je běžné. Gel

Læg aldrig den frosne termopude direkte på
huden.• Læg aldrig termopuden på beskadiget hud.
• Brug ikke termopuden, mens du ammer dit barn,
eller mens du udmalker mælk ved hjælp af en
brystpumpe. • Hvis termopuden bliver beskadiget
eller ser ud til at lække, må den ikke anvendes,
men skal smides væk. • Indholdet af termopuden

Nettoyage et rangement
Avant la première utilisation du timbre thermique
et après chaque utilisation, nettoyez-le délicatement
avec de l’eau chaude et du liquide vaisselle.
N’utilisez pas de brosse, de tampon à récurer, ni
de nettoyants abrasifs. • Vous pouvez nettoyer la
protection à la main ou la passer dans la laveuse, à
basse température. • Rangez le timbre thermique
et sa protection dans un endroit frais et sec, à l’abri
de la lumière directe du soleil et hors de portée
des enfants.
Conseils de sécurité et dépannage
Ne chauffez pas le timbre thermique au micro-
ondes. • N’utilisez pas le timbre thermique sans la
protection fournie. Ne placez jamais un timbre gelé
directement sur votre peau. • N’appliquez pas le
timbre thermique sur votre peau si elle est irritée.
• Ne vous servez pas du timbre thermique pendant

Before you apply the thermopad to the
breast, make sure its temperature is
acceptable by testing it on the back of your
hand. Always use the thermopad together
with the sleeve provided.

Warm use: to stimulate milk  ow
before breastfeeding
• Immerse the thermopad in a bowl of hot
water and let it warm to the optimum
temperature (Fig. 1).
• Dry the thermopad with a cloth or towel (Fig. 2).
• Insert the thermopad into the sleeve
supplied (Fig. 3).
• Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 4).

Cold use: to soothe sore or
engorged breasts
• Place the thermopad in the refrigerator
or freezer and let it cool to the optimum
temperature for 24 hours (Fig. 5).
• Alternatively, immerse the thermopad in a bowl
of ice water (Fig. 6).
• Insert the thermopad into the sleeve
supplied (Fig. 7).
• Apply the thermopad to the breast (Fig. 8).
Cleaning and storage
Before you use the thermopad for the  rst time
and after each use, gently clean the pad in warm
water with some washing-up liquid. Do not use a
brush, scourer or abrasive cleaning agent. • You can
clean the sleeve by hand or in the washing machine
at a low temperature. • Store the thermopad and
sleeve in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and
out of the reach of children.
Safety tips and troubleshooting
Do not heat the thermopad in a microwave.
• Do not use the thermopad without the sleeve
provided. Never put the frozen thermopad directly
onto your skin. • Do not put the thermopad on
damaged skin. • Do not use the thermopad while
you are feeding your baby or while expressing milk
with a breast pump. • If the thermopad becomes
damaged or appears to be leaking, stop using it
and throw it away. • Do not swallow the contents
of the thermopad. • After freezing, the gel inside
the thermopad has a snow-like appearance. This
is normal. The gel in the pad returns to its normal
condition in a few hours. • If you have any concerns
about using the thermopad, please consult your
doctor or midwife.
