Hue tap Instructions • ---~==a? 4 preset scenes Hue tap is a wireless switch for the hue system that t r iggers light scenes that you have configured in the hue app. You can preset four scenes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you can use hue tap, you need to make sure you have installed the latest hue software (app, bridge and bulbs).
Hue tap works without batteries and harvests its energy when its buttons are pressed. PHI UPS = energy To select a light scene, push any button until you hear a clear "click". Be sure to push the buttons down firmly, so the big button is pressed completely.
1 Update hue app and configure hue tap Check the App Store or Google Play store for updates in the Philips hue app. To configure the hue tap, open the Philips hue app. In the side menu, go to: > Settings >My Devices > Connec t new devices >Switch es and follow the instructions.
